Bus Charging Station Solution
SCU has provided over 20 units of 180kW EV chargers for multiple charging stations to ensure the normal operation of more than 60 electric buses. Each EV charger is equipped with dual CCS2 charging ports, which support charging two buses simultaneously. The current of the charging gun is 300A, which can fully charge the electric bus in about 2 hours. This efficient charging solution ensures that the bus can not only be fully charged at night but also quickly replenished during the peak operation hours during the day.

DC fast charging
The 180kW EV charger is equipped with a 300A charging gun, which can fully charge the electric bus in about 2 hours, ensuring that the vehicle can quickly restore power in a short time, improving the operating efficiency of the bus and ensuring its normal operation around the clock.
Intelligent EV charging management system
The charging station is equipped with an intelligent charging management system, which monitors and manages the charging time, charging power, and battery status of the electric bus to achieve efficient energy distribution and management. This not only improves charging efficiency but also reduces the waiting time at the charging station and optimizes the operation and scheduling of the bus.
Dual-gun CCS2 design
The EV charger is equipped with dual CCS2 interfaces, which support charging two electric buses at the same time, improve the service capacity of the charging station, and reduce the waiting time of vehicles.
Scalable charging station layout
SCU’s charging station system has great flexibility and can be expanded according to the future bus fleet size to meet the needs of the increase in the number of electric buses in different cities in the future.
