Multi-energy complementary microgrid system realizes intelligent energy dispatch
At this exhibition, SCU focused on displaying the multi-energy complementary solution for microgrid systems. The solution consists of three parts: PCS cabinet, transformer cabinet, and microgrid management system cabinet. Each part is an independent cabinet with strong combination and can be flexibly matched according to actual needs.


- PCS cabinet
As the core, the PCS cabinet adopts a bidirectional converter module, supports five power options of 125K, 250K, 375K, 500K, and 625K, and adds a new VSG mode. Users can set up operations through the EMS screen to achieve stable operation of the power grid and two-way energy flow.
- Solar energy storage diesel microgrid management system cabinet
The microgrid management system cabinet, as the hub connecting multiple energy sources, plays an important role in switching between grid and off-grid. There are four options: 250K, 500K, 750K, and 1000K.
Through the centralized management of the control circuit breakers of oil engines, photovoltaics, loads, and mains, seamless switching between grid and off-grid is achieved. This design not only improves the stability and reliability of the system, but also optimizes the energy configuration, and realizes the efficient integration and intelligent distribution of multiple energy sources such as photovoltaics, oil engines, and mains.
PCS modular technology meets diversified energy storage needs
SCU has always been committed to promoting the sustainable development of energy. The core product PCS bidirectional converter module is known for its high power density, fast response and flexible configuration. The power range covers 15kW~250kW, and CE version and high-voltage box version are launched to meet the needs of overseas markets and different scenarios.


Based on the technical advantages of PCS modules, SCU further launched an integrated solution for photovoltaic storage and charging, which consists of a PCS energy storage converter, lithium battery module, BMS battery management system, EMS energy management system, EV charging module and EV charging post.
It can realize AC/DC bidirectional conversion, energy storage, active balancing management, system operation control and data monitoring. The solution is suitable for industrial and commercial energy storage, microgrid and other fields, and can also be widely used in charging stations, park energy management and other scenarios to achieve intelligent management and sustainable development of energy.
