China Non-Ferrous Metals Fabrication Industry Association (CNIA) held the 2024 China New Energy and New Materials Industry Conference in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province from December 11 to 12. SCU was invited to attend the conference and brought participants to an in-depth discussion on energy conservation and consumption reduction of industrial enterprises and the development of new energy with a forward-looking technical vision and innovative integrated “production, energy storage and EV charging “solutions.
In the face of the trend of global energy transformation, SCU actively responds to the national “dual carbon” strategy and is committed to promoting the efficient use of green energy through technological innovation. The integrated “production, storage and charging” solution is based on a comprehensive energy management system of wind power, solar energy, diesel generators and energy storage systems, aiming to achieve maximum energy self-sufficiency and flexible scheduling and provide a practical energy conservation and emission reduction path for industry and commerce.
Energy production: green and efficient
SCU makes full use of the natural endowment of wind and solar energy, captures clean energy from nature through efficient photovoltaic panels and wind turbines, and converts it into electricity for daily use by enterprises. In response to the instability of wind and solar energy, SCU relies on VSG technology and integrates diesel generators as backup power to enhance the reliability and resilience of the energy supply.
Energy storage: intelligent regulation
The energy storage system is the core link of the whole solution. It can store excess electricity when wind and solar energy resources are abundant, and release it when demand peaks or resources are scarce, effectively balancing energy supply and demand and improving energy utilization efficiency. The energy storage system achieves cost savings through intelligent scheduling, further improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
EV charging: efficient and convenient
SCU independently develops efficient and reliable charging equipment, supports multiple charging modes and interfaces, and meets the charging needs of electric vehicles of different standards. At the same time, V2G (Vehicle-to-Grid) technology is introduced, allowing electric vehicles to feed back the power in the battery to the grid when idle, realizing the two-way flow of power. This technology not only helps to balance the load of the grid, improve the stability and efficiency of the grid, but also provides an additional source of income for electric vehicle users.
Africa large-scale off-grid solar battery storage project, Guangdong 10MWh energy storage power station project, Middle East solar energy storage and diesel generator integration project, industrial park 3MW distributed photovoltaic project, Thailand solar energy storage and EV charging integrated system project, and each practice embodies SCU’s persistent pursuit of the concept of green, efficient and sustainable development, as well as its unremitting exploration of technological innovation, injecting strong impetus into the vigorous development of the new energy industry.
Looking ahead, SCU will continue to delve deeper into the new energy sector and constantly explore new models of diversified energy integration, using smarter, more efficient and greener energy solutions to assist energy transformation and contribute to achieving the “dual carbon” goals.
